As a team, our Performance Solutions™ by Milliken's practitioners average over 20 years of service at Milliken & Company. Within those years of service, each business practitioner has averaged working at over six different Milliken locations and over 10 different job assignments during his Milliken career. These job assignments included plant leadership, human resources/education leadership, Milliken Performance System leadership, process improvement leadership as well as other varied areas of responsibility. All of our practitioners have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree representing the disciplines of engineering, other technical degrees, business management and other non-technical degrees.
